Housing Works is excited to announce the re-opening of the Project-Based Voucher waiting lists for two Central Oregon communities—Hawk View Estates in La Pine and Pheonix Crossing Apartments in Bend! Both waitlists will open at 8:00 a.m. PST on Monday, October 19, 2026, and will close promptly at 5:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Hawks View Estates in La Pine, OR offers eight 3-bedroom Project Based Voucher units. This waitlist has a local residency preference, as well as a preference for those receiving services from Department of Human Services (DHS) through Child Welfare or Self-Sufficiency. Phoenix Crossing Apartments in Bend, OR offers a mix of (24) studio and 1-bedroom Project Based Voucher units. This waitlist has a local residency preference, as well as a preference for those that are receiving services from Saving Grace for victims of domestic violence or Full Access for people with intellectual and/or development disabilities.

Ambas listas de espera abrirán el lunes 19 de octubre de 2026 a las 8:00 a. m. (hora del Pacífico) y cerrarán puntualmente el jueves 29 de octubre de 2026 a las 5:00 p. m. (hora del Pacífico).
Hawks View Estates – La Pine, Oregón
Hawks View Estates ofrece ocho unidades de tres habitaciones bajo el Programa de Vales Basados en Proyectos (PBV). Esta lista de espera otorga preferencia a los residentes locales, así como a las personas que reciben servicios del Departamento de Servicios Humanos (DHS) a través de los programas de Bienestar Infantil (Child Welfare) o Autosuficiencia (Self-Sufficiency). Phoenix Crossing Apartments – Bend, Oregón. Phoenix Crossing Apartments ofrece un total de 24 unidades tipo estudio y de una habitación bajo el Programa de Vales Basados en Proyectos (PBV). Esta lista de espera otorga preferencia a los residentes locales, así como a las personas que reciben servicios de Saving Grace, organización que brinda apoyo a víctimas de violencia doméstica, o de Full Access, organización que brinda servicios a personas con discapacidades intelectuales y/o del desarrollo.
